How do we count cases?
A case is an order your laboratory validated during the month, whether it came from a practice or you entered it yourself.
- An order holding several works (a bridge and crowns, a post and core and its crown…) counts as one case.
- Quotes not accepted and carts not checked out do not count.
- A remake stays attached to its original case and is not counted twice.
- Your monthly counter is visible at any time in your space, with the same rule.
What if I exceed my tier?
We warn you at 80% and then at 100% of your plan's volume. No order is ever blocked and no surcharge applies to the current month: if the need is confirmed, we propose the next tier for the following month. You can also move down a tier when your activity drops.
Try before you choose
Request a guided 30-day trial, no credit card. It starts after a 10 to 20 minute activation call (a demonstration counts as activation). The end date is confirmed by e-mail; without a subscription, the space becomes read-only and your data stays available and exportable.

The demonstration checks whether a useful problem remains in the exchanges with your practices. We compare the same case in your organisation and in LabLink Smile, and look at double-entry constraints before proposing a test.
My practices will not change their habits.+
Start with one volunteer practice. We show it the useful journey and you watch how it is used. You do not need to move all your practices to judge the value.
I have no time to set everything up.+
The first test is limited to a reduced catalogue and a few cases. Standard onboarding includes a 30-minute session and a 15-minute follow-up. Data migration or a wider rollout is scoped separately.
Is it worth it for my laboratory?+
We estimate with you the time spent today finding a case's information and chasing answers, then you compare it with the subscription. The result depends on your activity and is verified during the trial.
What happens at the end of the trial?+
You know the end date from activation and you are warned before it. Without a subscription, the space becomes read-only: your data stays available and exportable, nothing is deleted without you.
Do I need a meeting to subscribe?+
No. Once your choice is made, request the subscription from your space with the plan you chose. We confirm the offer and the payment terms by the next business day at the latest. A conversation remains available if you need one.
Is there a minimum term?+
The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term: it renews every month and can be cancelled at any time for the end of the current month. Details are in our terms.
