Nature of the service

LabLink Smile is an online management software (SaaS) for dental laboratories. Each subscribing laboratory uses it to manage its catalogue, its dental practice clients, its orders, quotes and invoices, and to communicate with prescribing practitioners. The service is reserved for dental professionals: it is not intended for patients and provides no care, diagnosis or medical advice.

Responsibility of laboratories using the software

Laboratories using LabLink Smile are solely responsible for the services, quotes, invoices and medical devices they provide to their clients; LabLink Smile is the tool, not the provider.

Commercial documents generated by the software (quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices) are issued in the name and on behalf of the laboratory concerned, which guarantees their accuracy and compliance. The publisher is neither a manufacturer nor a distributor of medical devices: the manufacture of custom-made devices is the responsibility of the manufacturing laboratories, sole holders of the obligations attached to that status, and clinical decisions rest exclusively with practitioners.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site and the software (structure, text, logo, visual identity, interfaces, code) are the exclusive property of FBN, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The names, logos and data of laboratories using the software remain the property of those laboratories.

Subscription to and use of the software are governed by our terms of sale and use.

Applicable law
